Originally self-employed within the fruit & veg trade, it was 2001 and Huw and Sarah Jones were ready to take on their next entrepreneurial challenge. Huw travelled up North to the original home of fish & chips to learn what makes a great chippy work, and fast forward two years, the husband and wife team won the prestigious ‘Best Fish & Chip Shop in the UK’ award. Now a fully family-run business, Finnegans has expanded and developed into an award-winning multi-faceted business where quality is, and always will be, the number one priority.
